alex panzer [index]
Alex Panzer lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he was also born and raised. He graduated from UNLV with a degree in Graphic Design as well as a degree in Psychology. Informed by traditional and experimental [graphic] design methods, Alex’s [digital] work primarily focuses on psychological concepts, emphasizing the inner child on a personal, individual level and in broader social contexts. Attempting to provoke the viewer’s mind, Alex walks the fine line between being subliminal and rather obvious.
More recently, Alex has taken a slight step back from the screen to explore art and [graphic] design in the physical world. Using the following question to guide him on this journey, “How does one take something digital and make it physical beyond the traditional practice of printing it and framing it?”
