ramirez is a mixed media artist born and raised in east las vegas, nevada. through her art, she represents this origin and the effects of the city on her upbringing. women, fem people, community, struggle, and love are prominent influences in her work. much of her work portrays class struggle in the way she has seen it reflected in her own community. this has pushed ramirez to be an active member of the community from which she takes so much inspiration and encourages other artists to give back to from where they take.
